How We Work Together
We work alongside you to offer support and educational tools for students to use both within and outside the classroom. We collaborate with you in order to best understand and develop strategies to support your student’s identified concerns.

- Have the parents contact us about their child’s case.
- A Patient Referral Form is required from the student’s doctor.
- Springboard Clinic will contact the parents to schedule an initial consultation. A package containing questionnaires to help complete a picture of the student's learning profile will be given to you by the parents.
