Dear Springboard Community,

We know the holidays can be a stressful and challenging time for our community. But this year, with pandemic fatigue and new restrictions in place, you may be feeling particularly anxious, isolated or exhausted. If you are having a tough time, please know that you are not alone.

We all feel down and hopeless sometimes, and we all need help when we do.

If you need someone to talk to, please reach out to someone in your life that you trust, or contact one of the resources listed below. These supports are available 24/7. We also encourage you to share this information with anyone in your life who may benefit.
