Joanna Martin

Joanna Martin is the Manager of Clinical Services at Springboard Clinic.

Having joined our team in early 2011, Joanna holds a unique and comprehensive understanding of the services we offer, including what is required for operational excellence on a day-to-day basis. Joanna's role focuses on ensuring a fulfilling experience for our clients and staff with a lens of continual innovation and improvement. Joanna also works closely alongside the Director of Clinic Services in the areas of: business strategy and design, hiring, team communication initiatives, relationship management, and the development and maintenance of HR processes. Prior to joining the Springboard team, Joanna worked in the hospitality industry honing her customer service skills and facilitating multiple operations on a daily basis. In her spare time she enjoys exploring Toronto's restaurant scene and spending time with her husband and son.
